Most Miners STEP UP!

STEP UP! empowers the S&T community to foster a culture of awareness, intervention, and inclusion.

STEP UP! is Missouri S&T's bystander intervention and pro-social program that aims to:

Raise awareness of helping behaviors
Increase motivation to help
Develop skills and confidence when responding to problems or concerns
Ensure the safety and well-being of self and others

The program consists of two parts - a bystander intervention training and a pin program.
